LPM's dual lane filler streamlines clamshell filling by simultaneously
filling clamshells of different sizes. Save time and space by filling pints
and quarts and the same time on the same machine. This filler is ideal for high volume fresh pack lines! 

How it Works
Clamshells are fed on live belts and stay on the same belt until
discharge. Then the clamshells move under the filling hopper, they are filled to the specified volume. The clamshells are conveyed under the filling head and each clamshell is filled and remains in place by a specially designed stalling conveyor until the next clamshell is engaged to replace it under the filling head. All clamshells are carried by the upper lip of the clamshell to create a low center of gravity and reduce tipping. Filled clamshells are then closed and conveyed away where they can be labeled and packed for shipping.
