The dual level packing conveyor is the most
efficient method to case pack clamshell containers. There is no time wasted carrying away full cases or retrieving empty cases as all are within reach of every packer. This reduces the time and labor needed to fill cases. 

How it Works

Clamshells full of berries are conveyed on the packing conveyor, while empty cases are stored above. Packers simply grab an empty case from above, fill it with clamshells. When full, the case is slid underneath the clamshell conveyor onto a case conveyor which discharges it off the end onto a roller track.
