LPM’s high volume air cleaner is an industrious way to remove light debris, such as leaves and twigs, from your freshly picked berries. With high accuracy and high volume, this air cleaner fits perfectly into high volume fresh pack or process blueberry lines. 

How it Works

Berries are dumped directly from the berry lug onto the inclined conveyor. They are fed to a short mesh conveyor where they travel through an air vent. Air is blown from below, lifting light debris into the trash chute. Berries are then conveyed out, undamaged and without debris to continue down your processing line.
