The Stick Eliminator  is designed to separate and remove sticks and large debris from your product flow, allowing you to take your product straight from the field to your process line. Maximize your efficiency by reducing cleaning time and eliminating clogs and jams produced by sticks and debris with the addition of a Stick Eliminator to your berry processing line.

 How it Works

Product is conveyed through custom-turned aluminum scalping rollers. The product falls through the roller bed, while sticks and debris are carried over the rollers to a partitioned trash conveyor.
